A little bit about me:

I’m Courtney, a thirty-something mom of two and married to the hottest most supportive man ever. We call central Illinois home along with our two cats and lab/pitt mix. We like family movie nights, chilling at the pool all summer(suns out buns out), card games, late night ice cream runs, constantly scaring each other, and absolutely LOSING IT over Mario Party. LOL

My personal hobbies include doing my nails, animal crossing, perfecting my chocolate chip cookie recipe, thrifting, and whatever craft I’m currently fixated on.

In between, I’m obsessed with photographing parenthood. Dads being dads, moms being moms, and everything that makes your family yours. Beginnings, updates, additions, and every other moment that embodies LOVE. <3

My grandma first kindled my love for photography, constantly sending us photos from her home in the mountains. I bought my first camera off a friend and started shooting immediately. I went to the Art Institute to receive my Associates degree in photography and graduated in 2014. I have learned so much since then and continue to learn through online classes and courses.
